Alerts not working while triggering conditions occur

Hello,

I am interested in having alerts sent by email once certain type of logs exceeds specific limit in a specific amount of time.
I have configured the log sources, I have specific filters and queries made for the log message I am interested in. Screen below shows that the log message appears quite often.

I have set up an alert: send me a message if too many messages last 600, check every 30.
Mail delivery is working, I get it when I trigger alert manually.
But alert does not work automatically.
Here is the alarm configuration:

I have tried with manual NLS installation, with VM.
I have tried with ridiculously low warning and alert thresholds - no clue.
Can you help me, what possibly could be wrong here?

Let's try to reset your jobs.

Administration > System > Command Subsystem > Reset All Jobs.

It did solve my issue.

Is it mandatory to reset jobs after each change to the alerts?

It shouldn't be.. I'm not sure what causes the jobs to get stuck occasionally. Did you do anything before you noticed this happen? Last time my jobs were stuck it was after restoring from a backup.

Nope, it was a fresh install.
Now I can modify alerts without having to reset the jobs.
