I am guessing that the satellite server has the repo dependencies incorrect and they would have to repair them before you can go further.
You could try and removing the conflicting packages and then disable those repos and use the default ones but you would have to get your ISP to allow that.

I got the install working by removing conflicting packages.
It was the basic "localhost" configruation.
I restored my current system to the new system using the Nagios restore instructions pdf and everything seemed there and working except when I changed a service and applied configuration, it hangs and does not complete.
So I no longer have an install failure. Should I close this thread and open a new topic for my configuration?
