check_vnxe output not coming In GUI

Hi All,

I have configured plugin to monitor EMC VNXe, but i am geting blank output from Nagios XI GUI (Screenshot attached)

but it i am running from Nagios CLI then i am getting the correct output :

[root@vm-nagiosxi-prod libexec]# sudo /usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_vnxe.sh 172.26.5.9 admin ******** general
CRITICAL - Faults detected in PS-VXSAN1-PROD,VNXe3200,EMC Storage System,APM00151705305,on,Degraded/Warning (10) module
[root@vm-nagiosxi-prod libexec]#


Can anyone help in configuring the plugin?

The 'test check command' button does not always have the most accurate results, can you please setup the service and let it run it's full course? Then, what is the output you're seeing?

Also, please post your command / service definition for us to look at.
