Update from 5.2.7 to 5.2.8 issues

I asked our developers about the possibility to include these changes in the changelog, and here's what they said:

We only upgrade plugins/components/wizards on major installs though, and sometimes specific things on minor ones, it'd be pretty hard to give a user the correct info
however, we could probably link changelogs in the components/wizards sections of the admin area...
We only force upgrade** - they have to upgrade all the components/wizards on their own which is why they aren't listed in xi's changelog (especially the ones that aren't bundled)

OK, this seems to be reasonable.
But as far as I understand there is an changelog of the whole Nagios XI somewhere?

I don't demand a changelog of all the components and plugins, don't understand me wrong, the changelog in the download page is enough for me.
