watermark line in histogram?

Hi,

is it possible to add / show one or more watermarks in an histogram?
example:

watermark_example.jg.JPG

If we have an histogram for incoming traffic or response times it would be nice to show a line as watermark for our limits. It would be easier for operators or management to see how good / how bad we are because of comparison to the watermark.
