Installation Error:bad interpreter: Permission denied

Hi,
I am trying to install Nagios XI maually , but when i run the command ./0-yum as root or any other user it fails withe error
./0-yum
-bash: ./0-yum: /bin/sh: bad interpreter: Permission denied

has anyone experienced this before can anyone please help.Your help woiuld be greatly appreciated.

Can you provide more information about your system and how you become root?

Thanks i solved the problem , but i am now facing another problem when i run the script/command ./A-subcomponents which installs the nagios components like Nagios core, Apache,Mysql etc
Did you have similar problems ?
