Unable to access NagiosXI VM with static IP

hi,

I have dedicated centos 5.7 server from 1&1 hosting. I have configured nagiosxi VM in NAT mode because running it with bridge mode makes my server lose connection with network. i can able to access login page with IP assigned by DHCP. however.. I need to access from outside network so i braught a static IP and assigned to it using nagiosXI VM tutorial. but still i unable to access it from home network. what could be the cause.. i have firewall disabled in server and uses 1&1 firewall.

Pls assist me and if you need further info about configuration.. i m ready to explain.
