Hello,
We have XI 5.2.2.
I'm running the Network Switch / Router wizard and it is not picking up a couple of ports we are interested in monitoring. I do see the ports when I run snmpwalk and these ports that are not showing up in this Wizard have both ifAdminStatus and ifOperStatus as up. Note: We have about 150 devices our Nagios environment.
Any idea why these wouldn't show up in the wizard?
Here are the port descriptions via snmpwalk.
IF-MIB::ifDescr.9 = STRING: T1 0/0/0
IF-MIB::ifDescr.10 = STRING: T1 0/0/1
IF-MIB::ifDescr.11 = STRING: T1 0/1/0
IF-MIB::ifDescr.12 = STRING: T1 0/1/1
Speed....
IF-MIB::ifSpeed.9 = Gauge32: 1544000
IF-MIB::ifSpeed.10 = Gauge32: 1544000
IF-MIB::ifSpeed.11 = Gauge32: 1544000
IF-MIB::ifSpeed.12 = Gauge32: 1544000
Thx
XI Network Switch Wizard - No TI ports picked up
Re: XI Network Switch Wizard - No TI ports picked up
In the Nagios XI GUI, can you go to the Admin > Manage Config Wizards menu, click in the Check for Updates button and upgrade the Network Switch / Router wizard to the latest version (Version 2.3.2) and try the Wizard again to see if that resolves the issue.
