Hello,
I am new at nagios xi,
I need to understand the subjected issue.
I have multiple client, I wanted to create their resources and separate dashboards. Almost all of isolated dashboards have been created.
Users have read only access.
One of my dashboard contains only 3 VMs on dashboard, but as I check host details it shows 16 hosts and their services.
Kindly assit
Thank you!

Re: Understanding Multi-Tenancy
Is the user that is seeing 16 hosts and services a contact of those ones in particular? What is there contact name, and can you post your /usr/local/nagios/var/objects.cache file for us to look at?

Re: Understanding Multi-Tenancy
No, this is a separate user, I have checked from alert settings==> contacts and its not showing in contacts.
I have prepared all other dashboard by removing users from alerts setting==> contacts and all others are working fine.
This is a separate user. But I am unable to find yet why other resources are showing to this particular user only.
Thank you!

Re: Understanding Multi-Tenancy
Further adding to this,
Users are as following:
ddax have 15 VMs
vrw have 3 VMs
I have checked from contacts group that in ddax contact group "vrw" is disabled and written here "Contacts
"=>" Denotes object relationship elsewhere"
I think thats why vrw user is able to see ddax hosts which I dont want.
Find attached screenshot.
Thank you!

Re: Understanding Multi-Tenancy
Thank you everyone!
I have find a solution from contacts, there was another contact defined for my problematic user.
Its been resolved now.
