Trend diffenrent on Host and its Parent

Good day,

I have a host that has been down for a while but it changes its state from down to Unreachable occasionally but the parent host is never down.

What could be the cause of this?

I have attached the trends for both hosts.

Please look at the state history report for the host and find out when exactly its state went to UNKNOWN, then look at the state history report for the parent and try to correlate, more importantly I'd like to see the nagios.log entries for the parent around the same time.
