XI manual update to 5.2.9 success, but GUI shows 5.2.7

XI manual update to 5.2.9 was successful, but GUI shows 5.2.7 after many days of operations

How else to check?

Can you show us a screenshot of your check for updates page? Is it showing 5.2.9 in the bottom left?

Yes it does even if manual update was a success. Is there any other way to check on the current version ?

There isn't, in 5.3 the update process is being re-written so this should stop any problems in the future. Can you show us a screenshot of the 'check for updates' page?

We had re-applied update (worked this time)
Not sure what happened previously

Neither am I, but glad it's working! As I mentioned, the process will be re-written in 5.3 and that should help out quite a bit!
