Notifications - hostalias returning description

Yup! That was it - thank you very much. Still kind of odd that the notify-host/service-by-email seems to use the description as a default hostname, but this seems to work just fine.

Yeah the "notify-host-by-email" command has to be changed globally from the Core Config Manager->Commands page. It doesn't support user-level mods to the notification messages.
