Nagiosxi integration with ONEFM

I want to integrate nagiosxi alert with a ticketing system known as oneFM. can you suggest possible way available with Xi to achieve it ?

Could you provide us with some more information on oneFM? All I see on google is a radio station; nothing about a ticketing system.

This is something you would likely need to write a custom script for. Either to check a mailbox for Nagios alerts and parse those into your ticketing system, or for oneFM to query the Nagios database (preferably as a read-only user) for alerts, or for Nagios to do direct insertions into the oneFM database (I think this is the best option). You could then define that script as a Command in Nagios XI and use that command for your Host Notification Commands and Service Notification Commands.
