Check_xi_service_status

Hi support team,
I've encountered an unusual issue to Nagios XI.
I'm new to our company and asked to install a fresh Nagios XI and build a new one but yesterday I've found something weird.
I was trying to check snmptt service with check_xi_service_status in new Nagios which was working but I couldn't find this service in Nagios in production.
Both of them updated to latest version (5.2.9) but still no luck.I thought it might be removed from Nagios.
My question is how can I bring this service back to Nagios?

Just followed from new one to reconstruct in older one.

Run the following commands on the Nagios XI server from the command line, and show the output:

which snmptt
service snmptt start
service snmptt status
chkconfig --list snmptt
