We have heard that certain versions of the Firmware on Fortigate devices are having issues sending flow data which could be why you are not seeing any data on the NA server.
One thing to try is to see if you can edit the configuration on the Fortigate device to use Netflow version 5 , can you try that to see if the NA server starts to receive data?

The firewall only the netflow version 9 to export a data. It does snot allow netflow version 5 to export.

Is the Fortigate setup for Netflow or Sflow and does the Network Analyser's settings match the Fortigate?
What version of Nagios Network Analyver are you running?
Can you upgrade the firmware on the Fortigate device to see if that fixes the issue?

The Fortigate is using Netflow (version 9)
The Nagios Network Analyzer verions is 2.2.1
For the Fortigate firmware, the version is using 5.2.4
