Add Icon Personaly - Nagvis

Good morning friends,
I wanted to know, how do you create a custom icon as the image attached.

Why am I getting so "add icon" as "green ball" and wanted to customize the alert icons. How do I do?

Sorry, but we do not provide support for Nagvis as it is a 3rd party utility added into Nagios.
