[CHANGE] CCM fields do not match help topic names

The fields for a host in XI CCM are:
Host Name
Description
Address
Display Name

The fields in the help pull-down are:
hostname
alias
address
display_name

These things do not align with each other and it could be very confusing to someone looking to figure out the different between hostname, description, and display name.

I didn't check, but it's possible that there are other things like that in other screens.

That's what I assumed, that's why I didn't specify the hosts part, just CCM > Help dropdown. Am I okay to close this out?
