Possible feature request: clear flapping state

To my knowledge, there's no way to CLEAR a host or service from being in a flapping state without disabling flap detection. This becomes a massive hinderance when testing a plugin and/or escalations. It would be great if we could have a simple way to clear a flapping state as opposed to waiting for a trivial amount of time for the service to go back to a normal state without displaying "Service is flapping between states" in the "Service notes" suppressing notifications.
