Message : A database connection error has been detected

Hi,
This morning, NagiosXI is unreachable and it displays : Message : A database connection error has been detected, we are attempting to repair the server ...etc
Usually, when I've got that error, it comes from a lack of space but it seems to be not the case that time :

=> I tried the possibles solutions except vaccuum postgre (the error message is linked to mysql) and no effect

Hi,
Three days already that nagiosxi doesn't work.
The support seems to be available only from approximately 5PM every day (french hour).
In these conditions, I can ask a question per day and have an answer per day.
You will agree that it won't be easy to quickly solve my problem.
Is it possible to plan a chat session at 4-5 PM tomorrow ?
