Nagios xi installation error

Hello,

I am trying to install nagios xi on Cenots 6.5 and found the following error during installation.

Please assist.

• Was this server used for anything before installing XI?
• Do you have any security teams that make modifications to your servers before deployment?
• Did you attempt to do the fullinstall or the upgrade? Did you do so multiple times?

No, I create this VM and nothing installed on it.

No, This is newly build fresh VM for nagios xi installation.

I only tried twice to install nagios xi.

We would need to see the original install.log to see what was going on, but judging from what I can tell, SQL may have been installed previously.

Just to rule it out - could you deploy a new fresh machine, and try to deploy XI on it once again? If it fails, please post the original install.log again BEFORE trying once again.

I had successfully installed nagios on new server.
