Unable to add 10th host to cluster

Existing 9 node cluster, with a 10 node license.
Attempting to join the 10th node to the cluster, and get the following message:

Could not establish connection, this could be due to a slow connection, or you may want to re-enter your cluster information.

I can ping each of the hosts as well as the main cluster from this "problem host"

I've tried adding via the main cluster DNS name, as well as by each individual IP of the other 9 hosts in the cluster.
Any suggestions?

I believe we just took a call with your team about this - can you confirm? If so and the issue was resolved, are we alright to close this thread?

Resolved via remote, there was an issue with their data directory.
