Availability Report + Time Periods

Post by timje_2005 »

Hi

We are running Nagios Core 3.2.3.

We have a service on a Windows 2003 host that we monitor 24x7. The service is routinely stopped at 8pm and started again at 5am for maintenance. We want to run an availability graph between the hours of 8am and 5pm, but every time I run the report with the selected time period it shows downtime at midnight. Can anyone shed any light on why it would be doing this? or am I mis-understanding what this option is for?

Thanks
Tim

The log rollover by default is nightly and happens at midnight, so is the problem you can only see as far back as midnight or that it is actually showing the service as going down at midnight?
