In the Nagios XI GUI, can you go to the Admin > NRDS Config Menu and click on the floppy icon for that config, does that download correctly?
If not, can you login to the Xi server as root, run the following command

Code: Select all

tail -f /var/log/httpd/*_log
Then try and download the config and post the output from the tail command.
Thanks

The NRDP config files are stored in this folder on the XI server. Can you go to that folder and post the config file here so we can view it?
/usr/local/nrdp/configs/

As were are not able to recreate the issue in-house, the best option would be to move this to our email ticketing system. We may need to do a remote in order to further troubleshoot the issue.

Send us an email at [email protected]. Type "NRDS client install" in the subject field, and provide a URL link to this post in the email's body.

FYI, you used the same name for different checks:
command[Check Disk]=/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_disk -w 20% -c 10% -p /
command[Check Disk]=/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_disk -w 20% -c 10% -p /data
command[Check Disk]=/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_disk -w 20% -c 10% -p /home
command[Check Disk]=/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_disk -w 20% -c 10% -p /usr
command[Check Disk]=/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_disk -w 20% -c 10% -p /usr/local
command[Check Disk]=/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_disk -w 20% -c 10% -p /var
command[Check Disk]=/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_disk -w 20% -c 10% -p /var/log/audit
I recommend that you change these names, so that you would know which is which.

I'm not able to find your company in our customer list, which would explain why we haven't received the ticket. You will need to make sure to send the email from an address which we have on file. You or someone else who is authorized as a contact will need to email [email protected] to add the appropriate email addresses to the whitelist, otherwise it won't reach us.
