How long ago did you buy your license? Normally the sales team takes care of adding access to the customer support forum to new customers, although I will note that half of that team was in Italy for the last week, so may have some catching up to do.
As for VMware, the wizard posted so far was actually a community contribution, although it did properly register for me. I guess your mileage may vary with it for some reason. We do have an in-house one that should be posted for testing very shortly. You can watch for that under the Documentation forum or on the 'nagiosxi' Twitter/Identi.ca feeds.

So he did, never mind. He just walked in, so told him to look into it. (Also, I was able to confirm the behavior you reported.) Sales people are starting to tackle their inbox backlog now as well, so hopefully both of these will get addressed shortly.

Ooooooh - he posted a zip file containing both the actual wizard and a start on documentation. So, you need to unzip what was posted, and then upload the second zip file that was extracted from that.
Re: how to get support (I am a paid for customer)
lol - my bad. thought as it was a zip it just gets uploaded..

You will need to download that file first - it's available from http://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagi ... noarch.rpm
