I tryied to add those two components. If it seems to works for Hosts, they doesn't appear on Service Detail Page.

What version of Nagios XI are you using? There was a bug with the Object Notes Component, which is now fixed in the latest version. You can read about it here:

I didn't find anything listed about the "History tab" on our bug tracker, however I can confirm it is working find under Nagios XI 2011R1.9.
