Hi Support team,
I'm monitoring my Nagios XI servers from another location.One server is working fine but the other one got in critical situation from this morning.
I/O wait , Load , Nagios XI Daemons and Nagios XI Jobs got critical notifications
---> Error: Could not parse XML from 10.40.3.116/nagiosxi ()
I've attached screenshot to show better.
Any help would be appreciated.

Are either of the servers configured to use SSL?

I'm using Nagios XI server wizard for both servers and there is no sign of SSL in the wizard as far as I know.
Yesterday I've setup the second server and today morning at 8:00am I've got a notification about these issues.

I meant the servers themselves, is the Apache server running on them configured to use SSL? There were some issues a few versions back with ports 80 and 443 not being defined, and trying to check the wrong port.

This is the latest version 5.2.9 recently I've installed and honestly I've had some issues.I have online session with Nagios tech on Monday for other issue and this one came up today morning.
