Dell OpenManage

Hi,

Does anybody have any experience in using Dell OpenManage plugins on Nagios XI? Please can you share your experiences and which plugins are best to use for a trouble free implementation.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Its very easy to configure and gives loads of data. Its quite easy to follow with the documentation the author provides and it has quite alot of updates.

i agree with Sdohmen. I've installed it on all my dell r710s, and now connect to them via snmp to get the relevant results.

i did notice that there is a new project but I've never used it. http://www.hpccommunity.org/section/sysmgmt-117/
