A database connection error has been detected

Hello,
There has been a problem with our Nagios that states "Message: A database connection error has been detected, we are attempting to repair the server, if the repair does not resolve the issue, please contact Nagios support. Run the following from the CLI as root to attempt to repair the DB
/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/repair_databases.sh"

Running database repair did not fix the issue. Please suggest.

Take a look at this Knowledge Base article for ways to fix the issues you are having. I would guess that the postgress database needs vacuuming and that procedure is near the bottom of the page.
