Is there a library of Event Handler Scripts available for Linux and Windows?

There may be some hosted on our Exchange @ https://exchange.nagios.org, but I don't believe there is a library at all.

Personally, I feel that aside from basic Event Handlers (such as restarting a service on windows / linux), that they become a bit specific to each environment.
