pnp4nagios erroring on

Installing pnp4nagios(0.25) to a new instance of nagios xi(5.2.9), and see this message

Error: Module '/usr/local/pnp4nagios/lib/npcdmod.o' is using an old or unspecified version of the event broker API. Module will be unloaded.

We do not recommend or support installing PNP4Nagios on top of an XI install. We use Highcharts for graphing, and there should be an existing install of PNP4Nagios present for backwards-compatibility.
