Neither of those emails are on file. In fact I don't see anything from the domain at all. You will need to email [email protected] to get that sorted out before any ticket can be filed.
Update: Actually, I see one has a .nl and the other does not. This might be part of the confusion. However, neither of the addresses provided are listed on our end.
