Hi,
I have Nagios monitoring a few Cisco Nexus 5k switches and Netapp storage controllers. Nearly all of the ports are monitored correctly, there are just a few which are configured for FCoE that have a lot of blanks in the graph and therefore we get a lot of flapping alerts.
Check the attachment for an example
Any ideas ?

Re: Some Cisco Switch Graphs not showing complete data
I suspect MRTG is taking longer than 5 minutes to run sometimes which is causing these gaps.

Thanks for the link
I ran through the troubleshooting and all services, file permissions, etc are correct
The time it takes to execute a full mrtg.cfg run is less than 2 seconds

Specifically look at the load_threshold and the TIMEOUT settings that you have and see if you are hitting them in your log files (check the other stuff as well though).
Let us know the results.
Thank you
