Uptime Monitoring - Alert on uptime exceeds

Hello Team,

Is it possible to trigger an alert if the Uptime of a specific server exceeds set threshold? Current we see Uptime state information 'System Uptime - 17 day(s) 22 hour(s) 42 minute(s)'
So can you use this information and set a alert to be triggered if the server uptime exceeds 30 day(s)

This plugin should work, but you didn't say what type of system(s) you're looking to monitor so let us know if you need something OS specific.
