NCPA user as default is root

Which means if you're only using API calls, it still runs as root. This will violate a customer requirement of ours, which means we can't use NCPA.

@cristhofer.perez, the issue of NCPA plugins beeing run as root will be fixed in the NCPA 2.0.0.
