Unhandled link in service status summary wrong!

Hi Guys,

Upgraded our box to r1.9 and found out that the unhandled link in the service status summary take me to all services that are Filters: Service=Warning,Unknown,Critical,Not Acknowledged,Not In Downtime Clear Filter

instead of Filters: Host=Up Service=Warning,Unknown,Critical,Not Acknowledged,Not In Downtime Clear Filter

Can you please check.

To my knowledge that should be correct. That link should show all unhandled service problems regardless of the host state. Was that different in versions earlier than 1.9?

Hi Mike,

In our case it is showing 1 unhandled and blinking like it used to be, but when you click on the 1 it shows all services, even the one that has been ACK'd . I would expect to see 1 service as before.
