Need to update contacts list in all services

Dear Team,

We have a requirement to update the contacts of all services in nagios core, the contacts list will be same for all services. Please let us know is there any possibility to update this contacts list from backend as it will take huge amount of time to update the same from nagios web UI.

Probably the best solution is service templates, but easiest might be bulk modifications in CCM.

@steelwedge, gormank is correct - you can either use templates or bulk mod tool (ships with Nagios XI Enterprise Edition).

Do you have your contacts added to services directly or via contact groups?

Thank you, bulk modification option helped to update the contacts list of all services in single attempt.
