Nagios xi graphing issue

Hi ;

I recently installed Nagios-xi. I see the graphs are not showing up for host and service checks. I have attached screen shot for your reference.

I see the below message for when I click on the performance graphs tab for check.

"No performance graphs were found for this service. If you have just started monitoring this object then it may take up to 15 minutes for the performance graphs to appear."

Any help to resolve this issue is appreciated.

I do not see any screenshot attached - can you please upload one so we can see what's up?

Also, I have to ask how long you waited, since it can in fact take some time for graphs to appear, especially if the checks are only being run every hour for example.

yes, I waited for about a day. But it does not show up also after some time I see the below error and I am unable to access the nagios xi on the web interface.

Running the below repair script didnot help.

Message: A database connection error has been detected, we are attempting to repair the server, if the repair does not resolve the issue, please contact Nagios support.
Run the following from the CLI as root to attempt to repair the DB
/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/repair_databases.sh

Regarding your screenshot, which checks are not showing graphs? It looks like a good portion aren't working properly which is why the graphs would not generate.
