'Filter' just for disk space

Hey people,

I am new to Nagios core.
I have set it up, got it running, monitoring local host and one windows machine.
However, I am just wondering if there is a way to JUST monitor disk space of all hosts?
I know I could comment out all the other resource monitoring, but for example just a 'filter' as such just for disk space?
Also, if you could recommened any plugins that show space utilized over a period of time etc, that would be great.

Apologies, the monitoring will mainly be for windows machines.
