Hi Created the One service alert, everything is fine but not getting email

Are you running the latest version of Nagios XI? 5.3.0? And if so, when did you upgrade?

If you're not running the latest version, please give us a little information on the system that you are having problems with such as the Nagios XI version, system architecture, and OS.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
