Nagios xi Version Upgrade from 5.2.9 to 5.3.0

Hi ,

we are using Nagios xi 5.2.9 version its working fine , recently updated from 5.2.9 to 5.3.0 version after updation we didn't get notification alerts through Emails .But in tool itself generate alerts(Notifications),

Any body help me to resolve this issue.

Can you attach /tmp/nagiosxi/upgrade.log? Thanks!

we were updated from Web login portal directly not in command mode. So, we didn't get upgrade.log file.

If any log files were created upgrade from web login portal ,please let me know the file names and path.

Could you check /tmp/nagiosxi/upgrade.log? There should still be a log, even through the WebUI.
