Connect to Exchange Mailbox on O365

Is it possible for Nagios to connect directly to an exchange mailbox on O365?

Hi Jeff,

What about the Exchange Mailbox do you want to check? People have done some tests with Selenium.

check_imap_receive could be a good candidate depending on your setup. https://support.nagios.com/forum/viewto ... 18&t=11567 is an example of where check_imap_receive was used with Office365.

There is not currently a plugin that works directly with O365.

I didn't want to monitor the mailbox, but instead I want to be able to respond to a nagios alert email notification with an ack and have that email response go back.

Have you looked at rapid response URLs? I know it is not exactly what you seek, but it may work for you: https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... iables.pdf

There are other methods, but they are much more complicated.
