Can you edit the /etc/php.ini file and remove the following line from the bottom of the file?

extension=ixed.5.2.lin

Then restart the Apache process by running

service httpd restart

Let us know how it works out.

There are a large amount of timeout's in the logs. Do you know why this is? Too many timeouts can cause bottlenecks.
