Re: How to Enable Mobile Text Messages Alerts
Does your India telecom operator name "Airtel" allow you to send SMS messages via email? They'll need to support this for this method to work.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

If sending an email to this address does not work, then Nagios will not be able to either. You'll need to consult your provider for the correct email -> SMS address to use.steelwedge wrote:When I send an email to [email protected] I didn't receive any text message because it is not a valid email address. Please check and advise the next steps.

Re: How to Enable Mobile Text Messages Alerts
Hey, I am really sorry I didn't realized that there is a second page opened for this post. I will check and update your question, however if Indian telecom operator "Airtel" doesn't support to send SMS messages via email what are the other options we have to enable to the SMS alerts.
Re: How to Enable Mobile Text Messages Alerts
You would need to look at external options such as a modem, or perhaps a API -> SMS option.

Re: How to Enable Mobile Text Messages Alerts
We confirmed with our Telecom operator and they are not providing a feature to send SMS via email. Please share the documentation to enable SMS alerts for other options.
