MIB errors

Hi,

I'm getting this when running the backup scripts in XI.
It's happend from day 1 of the install. I'm working through some basic tasks (resizing VM, fixing corrupt DB Tables etc), I'd love to know what the issue is. SNMP reporting is find, not sure if I'm receiving traps.

The files in that folder look good.
Can you post the process you are doing to run the backup?
If you are running it from the command line, or from the GUI?

running the backup from the command line as per documentation

/usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts/backup_xi.sh

Strange thing is that the backup script doesn't back up that folder, at least the script on my system doesn't.
Login as root to the XI server and run the following. It could be the spaces in the MIB filenames causing the error.

mv /usr/share/snmp/mibs/NBAR\ Protocol\ Discovery\ MIB.txt /usr/share/snmp/mibs/NBAR-Protocol-Discovery-MIB.txt

Then run the backup script and see if it works for you.
If not, can you post the full error output?

wow nice spotting. I've renamed both files as specified. Ran a back up and no errors are showing anymore
