Dashlets cannot be edited after initial change - 5.3.0

I added a few dashlets to my homepage. It was fine.

Then decided to unpin and move it around.
After pressing unpin, the whole toolbar disappears and the dashlet cannot be moved or edited anymore.
Refresh the page and the toolbar comes back and the same thing happens again.

Please advice on this problem.
Checked another instance same problem.

Firefox 49.0 - problem
IE10 - no problem

This is fixed in 5.3.1, which should be released at latest next week. I apologize for the inconvenience.
