Hi Team,
There were few devices which were down due to some issue and it is still down till today .So we added few devices in maintenance mode from 23-Sep to 23 DEC.We have to submit availability report to the client every week .We pulled availability report but still uptime shows less than 100% for 1-Oct to 15-Oct report.Could please let us know why this is happening.

Did you run the report with the option to 'hide scheduled downtime' highlighted below?
