mysql modification but does not take changes

I had to change the URL notes field on multiple servers. To make the change blow at all, I decided to modify the mysql, but to erase and rewrite hosts services and makes no changes and applies the ancients. Any ideas?

We do not advise ever modifying the database directly.

To better help you, which notes component are you trying to change? (there are a few different between XI / Core) Could you show us a screenshot?

Are you just looking to modify the notes field in bulk, or what is your use case?
