Error on Guest Snapshots - Datacenter

We are getting error on Service Check Timed Out On Worker: dallxngxi01.levi.com for Guest Snapshots - Datacenter - DALVDI.

However on running test command from NagiosXI GUI it's returing the value.(attached the output)

As well as running from NagiosXI server also returning the value.(attached the output)

But on GUI console we are getting error. (attached the output)
Can you please help on this.

FYI: All other services are working fine for this host. We are using Nagios XI 2014 2.7 R2

Could you try adjusting the timeout from --timeout 90 to --timeout 120? If it's working fine through the CLI / test check command, then I believe it'd just be related to timing out.

What user are you executing this as? You can find it out by typing id at the cli. Please paste the resulting output here.

we are running this using the nagios user.

Can you please confirm whether we can apply Guest Backup at VMWare level. Because it's processing the below data on execution. Which is very large.

As per my understanding. That's the reason it's showing error.

The default service check timeout in the nagios.cfg file is probably timing out the command at 60 seconds.
To change this, edit the /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg file and change this from
service_check_timeout=60
to
service_check_timeout=120

Save the file and restart nagios by running
service nagios restart

Try that and let us know if it works.
