Tactical Overview Report ?

Is there a way to create a daily report that sends a list of the current Tactical Overview?

You can schedule almost any page as a report...below is a close-up of the upper right corner of the UI. While on the tactical overview page click the 'schedule page' button and basically follow the ensuing prompts.

I think I got it... actually I don't. Is there a way to get a full listing detail of the tactical overview as a report?

In the image @bwallace mentioned, it will work from the Tactical Overview page. I believe this is new in the 5.3 version. Essentially, it'll allow you to schedule a report which sends as a PDF of that page.

Were you able to find it?

Yes but I need all of the actual information which is shown in the tactical overview when you click on each link and not the overview itself.

Currently this isn't going to be possible (aggregate multiple pages to a single report), however, it sounds like a viable feature. I filed a request for this, ID #9939.
