Blank Graphs - nagiosgraphs

Hello,

I am pretty new to Nagios and spent most of the day getting Nagiosgraphs to work with my installation (Ubuntu 16.04).

I can now access the URL for nagiosgraph but the graphcs did have *some*data a few hours ago, but something got broken in between as the ping graphs are now all blank for rta.

How can I try to diagnose this fault please?

64 or 32-bit? We had some issues with graphs when RHEL 6 stopped loading both (that was the default in RHEL 5). Since we don't technically support Ubuntu, we have less experience with the errors there.

Also, what version of Nagios Core are you running? Did you use distribution packages or install from source? (that will help us determine file paths and such) What version of nagiosgraph?
